it crazy that we have ratings to help us pick movies, restaurants and
hotels - but no comparable rools to help evaluate doctors, hospitals
and treatments?" Case wrote in his introductory letter. "We aim to
change that -- and with your help, we will."
이커머스에서 보여진 혁신(이베이, 아마존)이나, 정보에서 보여진 혁신(위키피디아나 구글)을 떠올려 보면, '서비스'의 검색과 평가가 적절하고 나에게 딱 맞기를 바라는 건 자연스럽게 보인다.
너무 '카더라'에 의존하고 있고, 제값을 주고 있는지 늘 찜찜하지 않나
잘하는 미용사 등도 합리적으로 선택할 수 있는 시대가 오기를!
